En 1970, je me suis installée à Jasper, en Alberta, et les montagnes Rocheuses allaient prendre la relève et combler mes besoins d’esthétique en m’offrant un tableau vivant d’une grande beauté. Depuis l’an 2000, toutes ces influences se manifestent sur ma toile, diverses techniques sont explorées, seule ou sous la direction d’artistes Canadiens. Une interprétation organique des formes suinte de ma toile en vives couleurs acryliques, les textures émergeant à travers différents médiums. Quelle sensation!

La transformation d’objets recyclés en œuvres décoratives de trois dimensions,

utilisant la mosaïque comme approche, complète mes demandes personnelles.

A move to Jasper, Alberta in 1970 continued to satisfy my aesthetic needs, by immersing me in a live theatre within the beauty of the mountains. Since 2000

these influences are being channelled onto the canvas, various techniques are explored alone or through instruction with Canadian artists.  An organic rendition of life forms is oozing brightly in acrylic & oil, textures emerge through mixed media. What a feeling!

Transforming recycled objects into decorative three-dimensional forms, ‘painting with mosaic’, currently completes my creative cravings and spontaneous exploration.
